Warehouse & Fulfilment Team Member

The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse & Fulfilment Team Member to join our growing team. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations in our warehouse, including receiving and organising stock, packing and shipping orders, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, and handling basic customer service support. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are crucial as you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are delivered to customers quickly and accurately. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone who enjoys physical work and is passionate about contributing to the success of a growing brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Organise, store, and track stock accurately, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained.
- Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with attention to detail, ensuring items are dispatched accurately and on time.
- Logistics: Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure orders are processed and shipped promptly. Handle returns and exchanges as per company policies.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain an organised and clean workspace, ensuring smooth operational efficiency.
- Customer Support: Respond to basic customer service support tickets, providing accurate information and resolving issues related to orders, shipping, and stock availability.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure seamless fulfilment operations.
Your Skills & Experience
- Experience in warehouse, stock control, or logistics roles is highly regarded.
- Ability to handle and lift products safely, with a focus on efficiency.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when packing and processing orders.
- Basic experience in customer service or handling support tickets.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
