🇺🇸 US Customers

All Malosi products (excluding Signature Series) are crafted in China.

  • Import duties and taxes are not included in your checkout total.
  • These are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection upon arrival into the United States.
  • We recommend checking the latest U.S. tariff rates for your product category prior to purchasing, as they can change without notice.
  • If your package incurs import fees, these charges are your responsibility and must be paid at delivery.
  • If delivery is refused due to duties/taxes, shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes for international orders (DHL requires a physical street address).

Import duties/taxes may apply on delivery, determined by your local customs authority.

  • If delivery is refused due to duties/taxes, shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes for international orders (DHL requires a physical street address).

Additional Information

  • We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
  • We don't deliver orders on Sundays or holidays.
  • You will receive an email with the tracking number once the label has been created for your order.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
  • Orders are unable to be collected from our warehouse.
