Some situations call for a big explosion, deep boom, and sharp cracking sound to trigger strikes from below; and the Tyrant delivers. It draws explosive top-water hits from GTs, kingfish, tuna, and mackerel, while smaller sizes are deadly chasing a wide range of reef and inshore species.

WHEN YOU NEED BIG
The Tyrant produces a loud cracking noise with a deep bassy boom and move large amounts of water on the surface with the large cup up front. These types of lures are very effective at drawing attention from large pelagics by simulating distressed prey struggling on the surface.
